By accessing or using Athletr ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Athletr is an automation platform that integrates with Strava to:

  • Create smart titles and descriptions for activities
  • Analyze training data and provide insights
  • Execute automatic workflows based on your preferences

3. Account and registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Have a valid Strava account
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your account credentials confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Strava integration

Athletr integrates with Strava. By using our Service:

  • You agree to the Strava Terms of Service
  • You understand that we depend on Strava for data access
  • You accept that changes to Strava may affect our Service

5. Subscriptions and payments

Athletr offers free and paid subscriptions:

  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
  • Prices may change with 30 days prior notice
  • You can cancel at any time; access remains until the end of the billing period
  • Refunds are granted according to our 30-day money-back policy

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Send spam or abuse the Service
  • Disrupt or damage the Service
  • Create false or misleading activity data
  • Violate the Strava Terms of Service

7. Intellectual property

The Service and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Athletr. You retain all rights to your Strava data. Auto-generated content is created for your use, but we reserve the right to use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our services.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data or profits
  • Service interruption
  • Actions by Strava that affect our Service

Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

10. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
