About the role
We're looking for a Product Designer to own the end-to-end design of our platform. From user research to final pixels, you'll be responsible for creating experiences that delight athletes and help them achieve their goals.
As our product designer, you'll work closely with engineering and product to ship features that matter. You'll have significant autonomy to shape the direction of our product while collaborating with a team that deeply values design.
What you'll do
- Own the design process from discovery to delivery
- Conduct user research to understand athlete needs and behaviors
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
- Build and maintain our design system for consistency at scale
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Analyze user data and feedback to iterate on designs
- Present design decisions to stakeholders with clear rationale
- Stay current with design trends in sports and fitness apps
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of product design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma
- Experience with user research methods and usability testing
- Understanding of design systems and component-based design
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English
Nice to have
- Experience designing for sports/fitness applications
- Background in motion design or micro-interactions
- Familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS)
- Experience with data visualization
- Personal interest in athletics or endurance sports
- Experience building design systems from scratch
